We ship to select countries via DHL Express. Options and costs are calculated at checkout.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Lost or Damaged Packages
Damage on arrival: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
No tracking movement: Contact us if there’s no update for 7 consecutive days.
Marked delivered but not received: Check with neighbors/building manager and wait 24 hours; then contact us to start a carrier trace.
Claims are subject to carrier investigation timelines.

Allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing during major holidays and seasonal sales.
