Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Item must be unused, in the same condition received, and include all original components: branded box (if provided), dust bag, tags, care cards, authenticity materials, and any accessories/straps.
  • Security or tamper tags (if present) must be intact and unremoved.
  • Items showing wear, odors, stains, scratches, creasing, or alteration may be declined or subject to partial refund.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), a prepaid label (US only), and packing instructions.
  3. Securely repack the item with all components. Use the original shipping carton if possible, or a sturdy alternative. Remove old labels.
  4. Ship the package within 7 days of label issuance. Keep the drop-off receipt and tracking number.

Refunds

  • Once delivered to our facility, inspection typically takes 2–3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
  • Original shipping charges (if any for expedited options) are non-refundable.
  • If a return does not meet eligibility, we will notify you with options (return to you or partial refund, where applicable).

Exchanges

  • One-time exchanges within 14 days are welcome for a different color or item of equal/greater value (price difference applies).
  • Exchange items are shipped after your original item is received and inspected, or via advance exchange with a temporary authorization (subject to approval).

Return shipping & fees

  • US returns: Free via our prepaid label within the 14-day window.
  • International returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes. Use a tracked, insured service.
  • No restocking fees for on-time, eligible returns.

Damaged, incorrect, or authenticity concerns

  • Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and label. We’ll provide a resolution (replacement, exchange, or refund).
  • Authenticity guarantee: Every bag is verified by our in-house team and/or third-party experts. If a verified authenticity concern arises, we will facilitate an independent evaluation and provide a full refund if authenticity cannot be confirmed.

Non-returnable items

  • Final-sale or clearance items labeled “Final Sale”.
  • Customized or monogrammed items.
  • Gift cards and e-gift cards.
  • Items returned without required components or showing signs of wear.

International returns

  • Please contact [email protected] before shipping a return from outside the US.
  • Mark the shipment “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional import duties. Any unpaid duties/taxes deducted by carriers may be subtracted from your refund.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may return it for a store credit. If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original payment method.

Holiday & special event returns

Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 15 of the following year, provided items remain unused and meet eligibility requirements.

Price adjustments

One-time price adjustments may be honored within 7 days of purchase if the identical item (same SKU, color, condition) is marked down on our site. Excludes final-sale items and limited promotions.

How long do I have to send the item back?
You must request your return within 14 days of delivery and ship the item within 7 days of label issuance.
Can I try the bag on?
You may carefully inspect and try the bag indoors. Please avoid loading personal items, removing tags, or transferring contents, which may render the item ineligible.
Can I return outlet or sale items?
Regular sale items are returnable unless marked “Final Sale.” Final-sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer store credit?
Yes, upon request we can issue a store credit instead of a refund for eligible returns. Credits do not expire.
What if my label expires?
Contact support to reissue a label if you are still within the 14-day return window.
